Virtual Doula Support $500

Includes 3 prenatal video meetings, including a meeting with focus on partner preparation for labor support; On- call phone and text support near your estimated due date; virtual presence throughout your labor and birth as needed; and 2 postpartum video follow-up visits.

Virtual Childbirth Class $200

Includes 3 hours of childbirth class covering stages of labor, labor/pushing positions, medicated & unmedicated comfort measures, doula support options and more. Tailored to fit your specific needs & questions.

In person options may be available upon request.

Virtual Newborn Care Class $75

This 4th trimester can help prepare you for newborn basics including topics such as: newborn screenings, diapering , umbilical cord care, newborn hunger signs, postpartum mood disorders, and the first days and weeks of postpartum recovery care for mothers (as well as how partners, friends and family can support new mothers). This is a 2 hour class that will leave you with a plan to help you bond with your new baby and fully embrace “the fourth trimester”
